Michelle's Story

In the heart of Kodiak Island, Michelle Pages stands at the helm as the Manager of CrossFit Kodiak Island and a culinary maestro as the Chef at Wheel Watch. Armed with a CF-L2 CrossFit Certificate, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her coaching role. Raised amidst the island's beauty, she finds solace in hiking the majestic mountains and indulging in the thrill of hunting and fishing during her free time.

 

A farmer and an unabashed Swifty fan, Michelle adds a touch of uniqueness to her vibrant personality. When it comes to CrossFit, she declares her allegiance to the deadlift, embodying the mantra "Deadlift for life." Beyond the barbell, Michelle's coaching journey is marked by a poignant success story – witnessing her daughter's progression as a CrossFit athlete, where the sport played a crucial role in her recovery from a traumatic ATV accident.

 

For newcomers to CrossFit, Michelle shares her transformative experience, emphasizing how it can positively impact every aspect of life. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that CrossFit has the power to enhance lives, and as a coach, she aims to guide individuals towards becoming better versions of themselves both inside and outside the box.
